Call for Abstracts
Deadline: July 14, 2023
The scientific committee now extends a Call for Abstracts, for talks and posters to be presented at the conference in Copenhagen.
In connection to the conference, the Nils Foss Excellence Prize of EUR 100,000 will be awarded to an internationally recognized scientist who has demonstrated excellent innovative research within the application of analytical technology in the food and/or agricultural area.
In addition, the Nils Foss Talent Prize winner will be presented to a promising upcoming. The 2022 excellence prize winner, Professor Eric Decker (University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA) and talent prize winners Assistant Professor Laura Roman Rivas (Aarhus University, Denmark) and Associate Professor Mahesha Manjunatha Poojary (University of Copenhagen, DK) will give keynote lectures at this year’s conference.
Submit your abstract
The submission should be mainly text detailing the objective of the work, methodological detail (particularly if deviation from standards and norms), main results of the study, as well as implications, meanings, and conclusions that can be drawn from the data of the work you want to present. Sufficient detail must be provided to allow for review by the scientific committee.

Abstracts will be screened by the scientific committee. The submitting authors will be notified by September 1, 2023, whether their abstract has been accepted, and if it is for oral or poster presentation.

Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.
Attendance is free, but registration is required. Please register before November 1, 2023.
Submission of an abstract implies the commitment that if the abstract is accepted, the presenting author will attend the conference and the expectation that financial resources to attend are available. If the original presenting author is unable to present, one of the co-authors should take over this responsibility. We encourage to publish the presented research in acknowledged peer-reviewed research journals.
